This 1972 Cessna 172L model is ready to fly. With only 1300 Hours Since Major Overhaul, at a Total time of 9400 hours.  It has many years of trouble free service in front of it.

The interior is gray leather, with grey carpet all in good condition. The interior was done in 2005 and still is in good shape overall.  It also sports bubble windows which gives you much needed elbow row in the front seat as well as an incredible view straight down.

The plane was painted in 2019 with a full strip and repaint. We left it straight Matterhorn white with the thought of installing stripes, but decided to let the next owner pick out what they liked.

We installed a sky-beacon for ADSB compliance.

The last annual was done June 2020, all compression are excellent. It also had pitot static check at the same time.

Cruise is about 110 knots with 8.5 gallon burn, and she flies straight and true. It has as useful load of 975 (the powerflow gives you an extra 100 pounds Gross)
